Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Fabric Data Engineer on a 6-month contract. This hands-on role focuses on stabilising data extraction and synchronisation while moving the organisation toward a modern data platform built on Microsoft Fabric.

You will rapidly identify root causes, implement solutions, and support reporting teams. The position is fully remote within the UK with immediate start for an experienced data professional who can operate independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, ETL development and optimisation.
• Excellent SQL and SSRS skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot large-scale data integration challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data extraction and synchronisation issues across a complex data landscape.
• Restore reliable access to business-critical reporting data.
• Design, optimise, and maintain ETL processes.
• Design, improve data pipelines and reporting platforms.
• Provide timelines, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Support modernisation of a data platform on Microsoft Fabric.
• Document solutions and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
