Cera is seeking an Extra Care Registered Manager to lead service delivery across schemes in partnership with Local Authorities. You will develop a high-performing, compliant team, align local operations with wider Cera teams and drive service improvements.

You will oversee personalised care packages, monitor quality, and manage budgets while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. A passion for excellent care and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated care environment is essential.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care desirable but not essential.
• Registered with SSSC (Scotland only).
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
• A leader capable of guiding a team and managing budgets.
• Experience leading a team in extra care/supported living.
• Experience with service users with additional support or complex needs.
• Passion for delivering excellent care to a high standard.

Responsabilités

• Lead carer-first approach across schemes and improve care delivery.
• Oversee personalised, outcome-focused support packages.
• Review and amend service packages with staff and central teams.
• Monitor service goals and quality objectives and drive improvements.
• Audit records to meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with Cera policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain operations within budget and agreed standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to manage weekly expenditure.
• Build relationships with Local Authorities to secure new contracts.
