Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time role paying £28,500 per year. You will oversee delivery of high-quality care, matching Care Workers to Clients based on care needs and proximity where possible.

The ideal candidate has experience in domiciliary care, knowledge of scheduling, and compliance with CQC/CIW. Driver with access to a vehicle is preferred. We offer training, benefits, and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Motivated to deliver first class care.
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in care assessments and care reviews.
• Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential).
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements

• Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
