Cera Care Marlborough House Extra Care Unit is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with diverse needs, helping them live as independently as possible with personalised care plans.

• You will be supporting residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible, with personalised care and support plans in place.
• Every client's needs are different. You may assist with housework, getting up in the morning, meals, medication help or getting washed and dressed.
• Carers provide human company, encouragement and a little laughter, forming trusted relationships.
