Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Supported Housing Manager-Extra Care to lead our Specialist Housing Team on a permanent basis. Based from our offices in Greenham, Basingstoke or Wembley, you will oversee housing management services across our geography, with occasional travel to Hertford, Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and Dorset/Bournemouth.

You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, ensuring person-centred support, strong governance and financial performance while maintaining

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in housing or partnership work.
Stakeholder management with internal/external partners.
Strong customer-focused approach and clear communication.

Responsibilities

Delivery of high-quality, customer-centric support services including allocations, income, and tenancy management.
Oversee operational performance of a housing area including health and safety, compliance, finance, and lettings.
Build and manage relationships with local authorities and external partners.
Ensure services are delivered within budgets and regulatory frameworks.
Lead investigations of complaints, anti-social behaviour, and safeguarding.
Ensure residents have a safe living environment and that staff/contractors work safely.
