Job summary

SNG (Sovereign Network Group) in England is seeking a Supported Housing Manager-Extra Care to lead the Specialist Housing Team on a permanent basis, guiding service delivery across dispersed sites.

Based from Wembley, Basingstoke or Greenham, you will travel to Hertford, Oxfordshire, West Berkshire and Dorset/Bournemouth as required, line-managing Extra Care Officers and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric support services including allocations, income, and tenancy management.
• Oversee operational performance for a defined area, including health and safety, compliance, finance, customer satisfaction, and lettings.
• Build and manage relationships with local authorities and external partners.
• Ensure services are delivered within budgets and contractual/regulatory frameworks.
• Lead investigations into complaints and anti-social behaviour and safeguard where needed.
• Ensure residents have a safe living environment and that staff/contractors work safely.
