Job summary

Zoe, a small Ashford-based freight forwarder, is seeking an experienced export clerk. The role focuses on airfreight exports, customs handling and DG shipments with a chance to gain DG training and overtime opportunities.

You will liaise with customers, airlines and transport suppliers, manage quotes, and support the courier division in a busy, growing operation with good prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience of airfreight exports is essential.
• Dangerous Goods experience preferred (training or refresher provided).
• Customs experience.
• Quotes experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Employment Terms

• £35-38k (DOE & Neg) plus overtime OR option to bank additional holiday
• Mon-Friday 9-5.30
• Office Based 5 days a week
• 20 days hols plus BH
• Opportunity to earn overtime or bank additional holiday
