Job summary

White Recruitment is recruiting an Air Freight Export Coordinator in the UK to manage end-to-end air export shipments from start to finish. The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing HAWBs/MAWBs and liaising with airlines and customers.

You will join a growing freight forwarder in a hybrid working setup, with a salary up to £35,000 and a benefits package. Experience with CargoWise is advantageous and a strong customer focus is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in air export freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of UK export customs procedures.
• Experience with HAWBs and MAWBs.
• CargoWise experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
