White Recruitment is seeking an Air Export Operator for our Bradford-based freight forwarding client. You will manage end-to-end air export shipments, from booking to documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires experience in air freight export, knowledge of export procedures, and ability to liaise with airlines and customers. A stable, full-time permanent position with a supportive team and clear career prospects.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end air export shipments.
• Preparing and processing customs export declarations.
• Raising and checking HAWBs and MAWBs.
• Liaising with airlines, cargo handling agents, and overseas partners.
• Communicating directly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve queries.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with current regulations.
• Coordinating bookings and monitoring shipments through to final departure.

Location: Bradford (BD4)

Salary: Up to £34,000 DOE - Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and respected freight forwarding business based in Bradford. Our client is looking for an experienced Air Export Operator to become part of their busy export operations team, managing shipments from start to finish.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous air freight export experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end air export shipments.
• Preparing and processing customs export declarations.
• Raising and checking HAWBs and MAWBs.
• Liaising with airlines, cargo handling agents, and overseas partners.
