Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience building and scaling design systems in partnership with engineering (governance, adoption, accessibility).
• Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines know‑how.
• Experience developing transformational innovation strategies and north star representations.
• Advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, and microservices and their UX impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with user needs across product areas.
• Diagram service flows, wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Drive adoption of a standard UX component library for consistency.
• Partner with engineering to ensure platform usability and design requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate UX into product development processes.
• Gather user research feedback and use data insights to inform design decisions.
