Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and service delivery at assigned healthcare service points in the UK. The role focuses on patient experience, budgeting, and coordinating across clinics.

The ideal candidate will manage procurement, collaborate with Clinic and Nurse Managers, resolve system issues, and optimize patient flow while handling feedback and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and implementation skills.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to analyse patient flow, service delivery, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and service delivery at assigned service points to ensure smooth patient care and a positive patient experience.
• Support work planning, budgeting, and implementation of operational initiatives.
• Manage procurement activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion.

• Monitor patient flow and service efficiency (including registration, admissions, billing, and waiting time), and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Handle feedback and complaints, support workflow improvements, and perform additional duties as assigned by Reporting Officer/HOD
