HSBC UK Risk and Compliance is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support three Senior Leaders up to Managing Director level. You will manage complex diaries, global meetings and travel while handling sensitive information with discretion, gaining senior stakeholder exposure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an EA at senior or executive level.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with proactive diary management.

Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
• Organise and coordinate meetings, offsites, leadership townhalls and events.
• Manage complex diaries, mail inboxes and distribution lists.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and expenses.
• Register gifts and maintain confidential files in line with policies.
