Senior Executive Assistant & Event Planner - Financial Services

Due to increased business, we are looking for an Executive Assistant & Event Planner to join our client-dedicated team supporting our client in the financial tech & media services sector. You will have a strong background in event planning to support the EMEA Financial Solutions team, managing administrative duties, supporting the Global Head of Events, and delivering high-quality events and exceptional stakeholder experiences.

As a Senior Executive Assistant & Event Planner, you will:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate event briefs and regional/global priorities into event plans
  • Provide executive support, including creating summaries, presentations, and data reports
  • Manage project priorities and timelines
  • Apply expertise to client interactions
  • Communicate effectively across teams
  • Build confidence with clients as a field expert
  • Have proven experience in event planning or project management in a corporate environment, including attendee management
  • Create engaging summaries and presentations with strong PowerPoint skills
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial accuracy
  • Support high-level executives with diary management
  • React quickly, offer solutions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Additional skills that are a plus:

  • Data reporting and data integrity maintenance
  • Experience with financial aspects of global event planning

Requirements:

  • Role is UK Hybrid, with 4 days/week in our London office
  • Ability to travel within the UK and internationally as needed
  • Right to work in the UK
