Job summary

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Events Planning Manager to join our London Stadium team in Stratford. You will foster relationships with clients, coordinate between venue stakeholders, and lead the planning of conferences, boardroom meetings, award ceremonies and launches, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 5+ years of event experience, excellent organisation and communication, and IT proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event experience, particularly in a similar environment.
• No degree required.
• Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, productivity, and flexibility.
• IT literate including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of food and event hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-matchday event planning for all clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate supplier list rates and options to enhance guest experience.
• Diary management and coordination with departments for event operations.
• Produce and distribute weekly function sheets and lead weekly briefings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and trading standards.
