Delaware North is seeking an Events Planning Manager to lead the non-matchday event planning for clients at London Stadium in Stratford, London. You will coordinate with venue stakeholders, sponsors, and box holders to deliver excellent guest experiences and manage supplier rates and options.

The role requires 5+ years in events, IT literacy with Microsoft Office, and strong organisational and communication skills, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ event experience, particularly within a similar environment.
• No degree required.
• Strong communication, organisational, attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-matchday event planning for all clients, including venue owner partners, sponsors, and box holders.
• Ensure accurate supplier lists, rates and privileges, and review new industry options to enhance guest experience.
• Diary management for events and collaboration with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
