Job summary

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Hospitality Manager to oversee London Stadium operations and guest service during events. You will lead a team of hospitality managers, plan services with strong organisational skills, and manage budgets while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Experience in Food & Beverage, particularly in hospitality and catering, and 5+ years in a similar environment with at least 1 year in management, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in hospitality or related environment.
• 1 year of managerial experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service.
• Plan and support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources, ensuring guest focus in all decisions.
• Ensure the budgets are met, effectively managing operating costs, ensuring supplier invoices are approved and processed, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with finance, payroll, purchasing, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing and trading standards.
