Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at London Stadium in Stratford, East London. You will lead a team of hospitality managers and supervisors, ensuring guest-focused service, cost control, and compliance with regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar environment, including 1 year in management, with knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry. Experience in fine dining is preferred; strong communication, teamwork, organisation, and IT literacy are

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment, including 1 year of management.
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments.
• Experience in a 5-6* fine dining environment is preferred.
• Skills in communication, teamwork, organisation, strategic thinking, and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service.
• Plan and support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources, ensuring guest focus in all decisions.
• Ensure the budgets are met, effectively managing operating costs, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and processed, following up on any discrepancies.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Ensure the operation complies with current finance, payroll, purchasing, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.
