Job summary

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Hospitality Manager to join our team at London Stadium, Stratford, East London. You will lead hospitality operations, motivate teams, and deliver guest-focused service during meetings and events.

We value 5+ years in a similar environment (including 1 year in management), and strong Food & Beverage knowledge, with preference for experience in 5-6 star fine dining settings. Evening/weekend availability is expected for matchdays and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment, including 1 year of management.
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments.
• Experience in a 5-6* fine dining environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service.
• Plan and support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources, ensuring guest focus in all decisions.
• Ensure the budgets are met, effectively managing operating costs, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and processed, following up on any discrepancies.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed.
• Ensure the operation complies with current finance, payroll, purchasing, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Hospitality Manager to join our team at London Stadium, in Stratford, East London. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be managing the hospitality operations and communicating with guests at meetings and events. More about you
