American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Senior Event Planner in the United Kingdom. You will lead end-to-end event planning from contract execution to final billing, delivering exceptional service across travel programs and large-scale events.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to align objectives, manage vendor contracts, and oversee VIP logistics while driving program improvements through debriefs and reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of event planning experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all management levels.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish comprehensive project timelines with clients and suppliers.
• Manage contracts with hotels, Congress, DMCs, air, and third parties.
• Coordinate site inspections, itineraries, and working agendas.
