Qualifications

• 3-5 years event planning experience.
• 4-year degree and CMP designation preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of management and clients; strong oral and written presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish comprehensive project timelines and work with clients and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate handling of program details.
• Negotiate hotel, Congress, DMC, air, and third-party contracts; monitor attrition and cancellation policies.
