Job summary

Skiddle, one of the UK's best loved ticketing services, is seeking a results-driven Account Manager in Manchester. You will liaise with the country’s biggest events, manage a portfolio of accounts, attend meetings, and visit clients to ensure high levels of service and ongoing ticket sales.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of accounts
• Using contacts to generate new business
• Attending meetings with clients
• Maintaining excellent relationships with promoters of varying disciplines
• Advising clients on the best way to increase their ticket sales and event exposure
• Maintaining the high standard of service and organisation expected from Skiddle
• Adhering to KPIs and performance targets
