Job summary

itison Limited is seeking an Account Manager, Events to join the Glasgow City Team and drive growth by nurturing existing event accounts, negotiating ticket promotions, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities across hotels, theatre, festivals and shows.

You will leverage your events industry connections to secure beneficial partnerships with venues, promoters and producers while balancing relationship management with new business development and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and B2B sales.
• Strong network in events/ticketing sector advantageous.
• Driving licence and own transport helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow pipeline by maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify, approach and negotiate ticket promotions across diverse event categories.
• Work with host services to ensure smooth ticket redemption for partners and customers.
• Collaborate with senior teams to develop long-term growth strategies and meet targets.
• Balance relationship management with proactive new business development.
