- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage event-related campaigns. Ensure seamless lead flow and accurate reporting of event performance.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance event quality and impact.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
- Onsite Management: Oversee onsite logistics during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Post-Event Reporting & Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze data to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
What will you need to have?
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or B2B environment.
- Proven track record developing and managing event marketing programs, third-party events, and first-party events within the tech field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- Ability to travel for work domestically and internationally, estimated at 30% of the time.
