The Opportunity

Our marketing team is looking for a creative and organized senior events manager to lead our global marketing events program. The role involves planning, design, and delivery of events to generate leads and build brand awareness. This is a one-year contract covering a maternity leave. Key responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and deliver complex B2B marketing events with C-level stakeholders.
• Manage events end-to-end, including objectives, logistics, and content design.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, faculty, and suppliers, and prepare briefing documents.
• Generate awareness through communications, invitations, social media, and follow-ups.
• Conduct post-event analysis to measure impact and improve future events.

The skills & experience we look for:

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing B2B events within complex organizations.
• Strong relational, influencing, and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
• Proactive, results-focused, creative, and analytical mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in education or with HR stakeholders is a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
