PEI Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Events to lead cross-functional delivery for its global events portfolio from our London base. You’ll own multi-team timelines, drive milestones, manage risks, and deliver events on time while aligning Production, Logistics, Sponsorship, Delegate Sales, LP Acquisition, Marketing and Networks.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years' experience in project management, events, or programme coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of driving senior stakeholders and functional leads to deliver against timeline without formal line authority.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi-workstream timelines with interdependent owners.
• Credible communicator capable of challenging senior stakeholders and maintaining momentum under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building and using project tracking tools (timelines, RAID logs, dashboards).
• Proficient in a project management platform for tracking cross-functional deliverables and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the master cross-functional delivery timeline for each event (30 per year).
• Track deliverables and flag slippage, bottlenecks, and dependencies early.
• Hold cross-functional teams accountable and escalate risks as needed.
• Run regular milestone and status meetings with actions tracked to closure.
• Maintain RAID logs per event and drive mitigation with owners.
• Act as the single point of coordination across Production, Logistics, Sponsorship, Delegates, LP Acquisition, Marketing, and Networks.
• Produce clear status reports for senior stakeholders on portfolio health and interventions.
• Standardise event PM processes, templates, and tooling across teams.
• Partner with Event Producers to align cross-functional timeline with onsite delivery plans.
• Identify recurring risk points and implement process improvements.
• Lead post-event retrospectives and track follow-up actions.
• Support portfolio-level planning, prioritisation, and resourcing.
