Job summary

PEI Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Events to lead cross-functional teams across Production, Logistics, Sponsorship, Delegate Sales, LP Acquisition, Marketing and Networks in London. You will own the master delivery timeline for ~30 annual events and drive on-time delivery against strict timelines.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in project management or events operations.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream event portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master cross-functional delivery timeline for each event.
• Track deliverables and flag slippage or bottlenecks before impact.
• Lead regular cross-functional milestone meetings and capture actions.
• Maintain RAID log and drive mitigation plans with owners.
• Coordinate Production, Logistics, Sponsorship, Delegate Sales, Marketing and Networks.
• Produce portfolio status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements across event delivery lifecycle.
• Support portfolio planning and resourcing discussions.
