Job summary

Ekco is seeking an experienced Level 3 EUC Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise transformation and device migration programme in a GMP environment. You will act as a technical escalation point for complex application issues, working with infrastructure, EUC, security, deployment and project teams to ensure compatibility and continuity.

The role focuses on stability, compliance, and operational readiness throughout migration and deployment activities, with responsibility for application

Qualifications

Proven Level 3 EUC devices and application support in enterprise environments.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience with Windows-based enterprise applications and large migrations.
Familiarity with ITIL-based support and GMP IT/OT environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 technical support for enterprise devices and applications across a complex IT environment.
Develop technical solutions across the EUC landscape and coordinate testing/validation.
Resolve advanced issues and support deployment readiness during migration projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure and project teams.
Maintain documentation and support procedures in alignment with ITIL processes.
