Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for end-user technologies including Windows devices, AD, collaboration tools, and endpoint management platforms.
• Provide 3rd line troubleshooting and root cause analysis within SLAs.
• Draft end-user communications and how-to guides for EUC offerings.
• Support design, deployment, and configuration of standards and policies for a consistent digital workplace.
• Participate in on-call support for incident response.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement across EUC landscape.
