Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Senior Counsel, Privacy & AI Compliance (EU) to lead European privacy and AI regulatory work. You will advise on GDPR/UK GDPR, data transfers, and AI governance while partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, and Commercial teams.

You will operationalize privacy-by-design, oversee DPIAs, and coordinate with authorities and internal stakeholders to scale compliant European cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, EU privacy and data protection.
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state or the UK; regulator engagement.
• Experience with AI governance or EU AI Act interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on EU/UK privacy, data protection, and AI laws and developments.
• Translate legal requirements for Product, Engineering, Security, and teams.
• Lead privacy assessments for products and data uses.
• Embed privacy by design and AI governance into product architecture.
• Support cross-border data transfers and contractual mechanics.
• Lead regulatory engagement with authorities and external counsel.
• Develop regional policies, procedures, and training.
