Job summary

CoreWeave in Europe seeks a Senior Counsel, Privacy & AI Compliance (EU) to advise on EU/UK privacy, data protection, and AI regulatory requirements, including GDPR, UK GDPR, and the EU AI Act. You will translate complex legal standards into practical guidance for Product, Engineering, Security, and Commercial teams across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Advise on EU and UK privacy, data protection, and AI laws and regulatory developments, including GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, EU AI Act, EU Data Act, and related guidance.
• Translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical, and scalable guidance for Product, Engineering, Security, Commercial, Marketing, HR, and procurement teams across Europe.
• Lead or support privacy and AI assessments for new products, features, data uses, vendors, and initiatives, including DPIAs, legitimate-interest assessments, transfer impact analyses, AI risk classification, and documented compliance decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed privacy by design and default, responsible AI, data minimization, transparency, security, retention, and governance into product architecture.
