Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience working for a fit-out, refurbishment or construction based company.
• Advanced use of Excel is essential.
• Highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse tender documentation, drawings and specifications to understand project scope and commercial implications.
• Prepare and issue tender enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Carry out accurate material, labour and preliminaries take-offs for commercial fit-out projects.
• Compile complete, accurate and competitive tender submissions.
