You will prepare accurate tenders, review drawings and specs, analyse subcontractor quotes, and collaborate with operations and commercial teams to win high-value bids.

• . Previous experience as an Estimator within construction, refurbishment or fit-out.
• . Tendered for projects up to £10 million.
• . Strong understanding of construction methods, pricing, and procurement processes.

Your New Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in securing projects by preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a diverse range of refurbishment, maintenance, and fit-out schemes. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you will assess project requirements, engage with the supply chain, and produce detailed cost plans and tender submissions.
