Job summary

This permanent, full-time role offers ownership of cost planning, bid submissions, and collaboration with clients, consultants and internal teams to secure projects.

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator or in a similar construction estimating role.
• Strong knowledge of construction and refurbishment projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software.
• Full UK driving licence.
