Job summary

Think Construction, a regional main contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator/Surveyor to join its Birmingham office. The role combines estimating (70%) and surveying (30%), focusing on refurbishment and fit-out projects with values from £50k to £5m.

You will work within the commercial and preconstruction team, support cost planning and bills of quantities, and interact with contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects to high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating and surveying for refurb/fitout projects.
• Good communication with site and stakeholders.
• Ambitious with high standards and willingness to progress.
