Job summary

Referment is partnering with a market-leading specialist engineering and infrastructure contractor to appoint two Senior Estimators to join their expanding Pre-Construction team. The roles are based in London at the company headquarters and involve leading bids through all stages, from enquiry to contract award.

You will chair bid meetings, steer multidisciplinary estimating teams, manage budgets and risk, and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards across national infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Senior Estimator with proven track record of leading successful bids.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior estimators.

We're Looking For

You’ll be an experienced Senior Estimator with a proven track record of leading successful bids within either:

• Rail Civil Engineering, or FRC (Formwork, Reinforcement & Concrete) and Civil Engineering

You’ll also have

• Extensive experience leading bid teams on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple high-value tenders simultaneously.
• A proactive leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop others.
• The right to work in the UK.
