Job summary

University of Chichester Academy Trust is seeking an Estates and Capital Projects Manager to oversee maintenance and capital projects across multiple sites. You will support strategic estate management and ensure safety and compliance across a diverse set of academies in Hampshire, Portsmouth and West Sussex.

The role reports to the Premises and Health & Safety Manager and requires experience in building surveying, estates management or property maintenance, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in building surveying, estates management or property maintenance.
• Experience managing repair, maintenance, refurbishment or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of building regulations, statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and capital projects across multiple sites and support strategic estate management.
• Support the Trust across Hampshire, Portsmouth and West Sussex and report to the Premises and Health & Safety Manager.
