Job summary

Eisai is seeking an Estates Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex engineering projects across pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory, R&D and warehousing facilities at the EKC in Hatfield. You will oversee design, installation, commissioning, qualification and handover of systems, ensuring GMP/GLP compliance and tight budget control.

Reporting to Head of Building and Utilities Engineering, the role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing capital proposals,

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of electrical installations and building services.
• Proven project management experience in regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering projects and coordinate complex works across pharma facilities.
• Ensure commercial governance and GMP/GLP compliance throughout projects.
• Develop projects from concept to handover with business case proposals.
• Update asset management and capital plans; manage supplier networks.
