Job summary

Eisai Europe Limited seeks a Senior Estates Engineer to oversee the site-wide mechanical and electrical maintenance at the EKC facility in Hatfield. You will manage a team, coordinate maintenance activities and ensure GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising contractors, planning shutdowns, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of engineers or technicians.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Contract management for maintenance activities.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repair of site electrical and mechanical systems.
• Supervise utility engineering team and external SME contractors.
• Plan shutdowns, upgrades and installations with stakeholders.
• Review procedures, permits and GMP compliance.
• Be on-call for 1 week in 6 to cover absences.
• Develop training programs for engineering staff.
