Job summary
Eisai EMEA is seeking an Estates Senior Project Manager to lead building services projects across pharmaceutical manufacturing, labs, R&D and facilities. You will manage design, installation, commissioning, qualification and handover of systems while ensuring GMP/GLP compliance, budget control and programme delivery.
The role reports to the Head of Building and Utilities Engineering and focuses on reliable site-wide operations for the EKC facility in Hatfield, coordinating multi-disciplinary
Qualifications
- English at a professional level
- Understanding of Electrical Installations
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- PM principles and regulated environments
- Experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated settings
- City & Guilds apprenticeship background
Responsibilities
- Deliver and co-ordinate complex building services projects.
- Ensure governance and compliance (GMP/GLP) for project work.
- Develop concepts to handover with business cases for capital funding.
- Maintain asset management and capital planning.
- Engage framework suppliers and external SMEs as needed.
- Support CDM regulation compliance and project handover to operations.
