Job summary

Epicor, a global ERP provider, is seeking an experienced presales specialist in the UK to translate client requirements into scalable solutions and lead technical discussions. You will deliver demonstrations and manage POCs, collaborating with sales and solution engineers.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP presales, a background in manufacturing/distribution, and the ability to travel up to 50% domestically. You’ll build strong client relationships and contribute to competitive proposals.

Qualifications

5+ years of presales experience in ERP or equivalent ERP experience.
Experience supporting direct and channel sales.
Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries.
Experience giving customer presentations/demonstrations.
Candidates may have worked for SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, QAD or VARs.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor Solution Engineers ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Translate client's technical requirements to solutions; drive technical discussions; deliver demos; implement POCs.
Conduct technical presentations of Epicor products; manage POC and trial processes.
Establish strong client relationships through technical expertise and understanding of manufacturing practices.
Influence clients by presenting product values and assisting with pricing issues.
Travel up to 50% domestically.
