Hydro International seeks a Senior ERP Business Analyst to drive an enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation. You will shape future-state processes, work with executives, SMEs, and partners to ensure ERP adoption and a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.

This role focuses on leading requirements, process harmonisation, and creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria across the OneHydro Systems Project.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong requirements management and traceability capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central and related modules.

At Hydro International, we’re embarking on an exciting enterprise-wide transformation through our OneHydro Systems Project. This strategic programme is centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and other critical business systems, creating a modern and connected technology landscape for the future.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior ERP Business Analyst to play a central role in one of the most significant transformation programmes within our business.

This isn’t a documentation-heavy BA role. It’s an opportunity to influence how the organisation operates for years to come, working alongside business leaders, SMEs, implementation partners, and project teams to shape future-state processes and ensure successful ERP adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading requirements gathering and business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Creating and maintaining process maps, requirements traceability, and future-state documentation
• Translating business needs into clear user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitating workshops to drive process harmonisation and fit-to-standard adoption
• Challenging complexity and championing ERP best practice
• Supporting testing, UAT, business readiness, and deployment activities
• Maintaining decision logs, governance standards, and project controls
• Helping ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation
• Demonstrable ERP transformation experience across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Expertise in requirements management, process mapping, governance, and traceability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across executive, operational, and technical audiences
• Ability to create high-quality user stories, process flows, test scripts, and operating procedures
• Experience working closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and implementation partners
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service experience
• Experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Projects, or Service-led organisations
• BPMN, Visio, or process modelling expertise
