Job summary

Hydro International seeks a Senior ERP Business Analyst to drive an enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation. You will shape future-state processes, work with executives, SMEs, and partners to ensure ERP adoption and a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.

This role focuses on leading requirements, process harmonisation, and creating clear user stories and acceptance criteria across the OneHydro Systems Project.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong requirements management and traceability capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain process maps, traceability matrices, and future-state documentation.
• Translate business needs into user stories, rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops to harmonise processes and promote fit-to-standard adoption.
• Challenge complexity and advocate ERP best practices.
• Support testing, UAT, readiness, and deployment activities.
• Maintain governance, decision logs, and project controls.
• Assist transition to business-as-usual operations.
