Job summary

Hydro International, a CRH Company, is leading a global OneHydro Systems transformation centred on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and integrations with critical business applications. We seek a Senior ERP Business Analyst to ensure future-state processes, decisions and testing are delivered with clarity and control.

You will work with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and partners to deliver a successful ERP transformation, shaping how the business operates and ensuring practical outputs drive

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business analysis on at least one full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
• Experience in ERP transformation across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and BAU transition.
• Expertise in requirements management, process mapping, traceability and governance.
• Experience producing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, test artefacts and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Capturing, analysing and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Creating and maintaining requirements traceability, process catalogs and future-state documentation.
• Translating business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.

At Hydro International, we're delivering the ambitious OneHydro Systems Project - a business-wide transformation programme centred on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, enhanced by Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and integrations with critical business applications.

We're looking for a Senior ERP Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring our future-state processes, requirements, decisions, testing, and operational readiness are delivered with clarity, control, and purpose.

What You'll Be Doing

As the lead business analysis resource on the programme, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, SMEs, project teams, and implementation partners to deliver a successful ERP transformation.

You will be responsible for:

• Capturing, analysing and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle


• Creating and maintaining requirements traceability, process catalogues and future-state documentation


• Translating business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules


• Supporting fit-to-standard workshops and helping drive process harmonisation across the business


• Challenging unnecessary complexity and promoting best-practice use of Dynamics 365 capabilities


• Defining and supporting end-to-end testing, UAT and business acceptance processes


• Driving decision traceability and ensuring governance standards are maintained


• Supporting change readiness, deployment activities and the transition into business-as-usual operations

What We're Looking For

Proven experience delivering business analysis on at least one full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation

Demonstrable ERP transformation experience across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment and BAU transition

Expertise in requirements management, process mapping, traceability and governance

Experience producing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, test artefacts and operating procedures

Knowledge across ERP functional areas such as Finance, Procurement, Projects, Inventory, Warehousing, Service or Operations

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively from executive leadership through to operational SMEs

Experience working alongside implementation partners, Solution Architects and Functional Consultants

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service or Field Service

Salesforce or other CRM platform implementation experience

Experience in project-based, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing or service-led organisations

Experience with BPMN, Visio or other process modelling tools
