Job summary

Hydro International, a CRH Company, is driving a major ERP transformation centred on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement. The ERP Business Analyst will translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable outputs that drive decisions and simplify processes.

You will work across Finance, Procurement, Projects, Inventory, Warehousing, Services and Operations, delivering traceable requirements, UAT and end-to-end testing while partnering with executives

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business analysis on at least one full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.

Responsibilities

• Capturing, analysing and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Creating and maintaining requirements traceability, process catalogues and future-state documentation
• Translating business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules
• Supporting fit‑to‑standard workshops and helping drive process harmonisation across the business
• Challenging unnecessary complexity and promoting best‑practice use of Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Defining and supporting end‑to‑end testing, UAT and business acceptance processes
• Driving decision traceability and ensuring governance standards are maintained
• Supporting change readiness, deployment activities and the transition into business‑as‑usual operations
