Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Senior Project Support Officer to support EPR Digital Projects go-live across OUH, working on-site and mentoring junior PSOs. The role provides expert solution advice on core EPR and related solutions, with design validation, testing, delivery and adoption across the EPR Programme.

The post requires excellent organisation and communication, ability to teach workflows, oversee end-user adoption, and work across John Radcliffe, Horton,

Qualifications

• Evidence of delivering tangible outcomes in healthcare IT projects.
• Experience in NHS environments and patient pathways is advantageous.
• Experience with EPR adoption, test delivery and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Teach clinical workflows to end users and support in their application.
• Mentor and support junior PSOs.
• Liaise with IM&T staff to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Assist Solution Leads with testing new workflows.
• Provide adoption support for new functionality, especially in theatres.
