Job summary

Chesterfield Royal NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EPR Project Manager to deliver defined workstreams within the EPR programme. You will manage planning, delivery, assurance and benefits realisation to ensure successful implementation of EPR functionality.

Hybrid working is available, with a requirement to be on site at Sherwood Forest Hospitals a minimum of 3 days per week. Interviews w/c 9th November 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent; formal PM training.
• Experience leading digital/clinical system projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery to deadlines.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and EPR supplier experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, facilitation, and analysis.
• Proactive, calm under pressure and collaborative.
• Passion for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver defined workstreams within the EPR programme.
