Qualifications

• Experience delivering EPOS data administration end-to-end.
• Proven leadership or mentoring of junior staff.
• Excellent Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPOS Data Administration team and set priorities.
• Plan workloads and ensure timely delivery against SLAs.
• Provide expert oversight of EPOS data quality and controls.
• Act as escalation point for complex EPOS data issues.
• Identify improvements to processes, accuracy, and service delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
