Job summary

Punch Pubs & Co is seeking a Pub Support Administrator to join our team. You’ll provide multi-skilled admin support, handle orders, invoicing and field queries, and help drive our Epic pub launches.

You’ll onboard new acquisitions, assist in providing excellent guest experiences and support the wider Business Support function. You’ll work closely with Publicans and Management Partners, ensuring strong communications and timely delivery of tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer focused with ability to listen and respond to customers

• Organised and flexible to changing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of pub/retail sectors
• Proactive in training, development and progression
• Experience in fast-paced administration is desirable
• Experience in Pub/Restaurant/Retail/Sales/Leisure/Hospitality is desirable
• Proficient with Office tools and internal systems
• English and Maths GCSE at grade 4/C or above

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled admin support (POs, orders, couriers, invoices)
• Support launch of Epic pubs with regular meetings and stakeholder communication
• Onboard new acquisitions and deliver high-quality customer service
• Meet departmental objectives and deliver ad-hoc tasks
• Support wider Business Support team as needed
• Develop knowledge of pubs, Publicans and Management Partners
• Identify customer needs and deliver best solutions
• Communicate Punch messaging confidently
• Provide administrative help to drive profit growth
• Add personality and contribute to team goals
• Build strong working relationships
• Pursue personal development and ownership of learning
