Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Product Data Operations Manager to lead the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of product and operational data across our Hotels & Restaurants estate. You will be the key link between Commercial, Operations and Technology teams, ensuring room, inventory and pricing data supports guest experiences and efficient operations at scale.

Qualifications

Experience managing operational, product or master data across multi-system environments.
Strong understanding of how data supports customer experience and operational delivery.
Experience coordinating data setup, changes and issue resolution across business and technology teams.
Ability to ensure data accuracy and alignment across multiple systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of product and operational data across Hotels & Restaurants systems, including room type inventory and pricing.
Act as primary data contact for Commercial and Operations teams for data changes and issue resolution.
Coordinate data changes with Product, Technology, QA, Release and Service teams.
Define and maintain data standards, processes and controls for scalable operations.
Support data foundations for new products, features and rollouts.
Monitor data quality and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and suppliers.
