The position combines delegated authority claims handling with employment tribunal work, with opportunities to represent policyholders under supervision and contribute to a leading national law firm's high-quality matters.

Qualifications

• Experience and competence in conducting employment tribunal proceedings.
• Strong understanding of employment law and hands-on experience of managing employment claims.
• Proactive, driven and able to learn and develop in a fast-moving practice.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of EPLI claims for insurer clients from notification to resolution.
• Advise policyholders and provide practical, commercial guidance.
• Represent policyholders in employment tribunal proceedings under supervision.
